to pursue emerging opportunities in the software area. It also has a
joint venture with Gentec, USA for India and off shore software
development.

In 2004, SLT Ltd. entered the medical instruments business by promoting
Lancer Medical Technology Pvt. Ltd., which today has become one of
the leaders in its segment of medical stent.

SLT Ltd. has set up Satva Mechatronics Pvt. Ltd. as strategic backward integration. It is into manufacturing of SPMs and CNC based Turn Key
Solution and Micro Machining job work.

   The objective of the SLT Ltd.’s entry into diamond manufacturing
   business was rooted in the concept of creating value for the
   diamontaires by finding needs and responds it quickly, which leads
   to evolve Shreeji Services. It deals into industrial and diamond job
   work with hi-tech laser machines. It provides practical experience
   through jobwork to the prospective clients, which indirectly generates
